Ideal Surreal and Under-Currant are delighted to present our first musical evening of 2024.

Our lovely friends from Rooted magazine are joining us to celebrate the launch of their third issue, The Waning Issue, which explores folklore and mythology centred around the winter months. Inside the issue, you will find an exploration of the myths of Cailleach, the history of wassailing, the folklore behind Newgrange and more across 80 pages of articles, stories and poetry. The new issue (and previous issues) will be available on the night, and we have invited three of the Fine City’s finest to help us celebrate.

Performing are local favourites Santa Rita, who are making their Under-Currant debut,

The Mink, who make a welcome return,

and fellow debutant Jo Millett.
